Thurrock Christian Fellowship is a Church where people not only attend - but they belong and have an identity. It is a Church where a person can grow in faith and deepen their walk with God, and out of this be able to lead a missional life day by day going and reaching out to the world around us as Jesus has called us to.

Our aim is also to build a healthy Church which has many dimensions:-

Continuing under God’s leading and calling to live a true missional life day by day, sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with all people in the diverse communities across Thurrock, teaching all to follow Christ as He has commanded by making disciples of all men,  whilst understanding and working towards fulfilling the greater vision of TCF which is “The least of you will become a thousand, the smallest a mighty nation. I am the Lord, in its time I will do this swiftly” (Isaiah 60:22)

A place where those who have financial, physical, mental, emotional or spiritual needs, both outside and inside the church can find love, acceptance, help, hope, forgiveness, guidance, encouragement and purpose. (Galatians 2:10)

Creating an environment where people can grow in faith,  where discipleship is intentional and deliberate, and where people can become more like Jesus reflecting His life and values and recognising that He will build His church here in Thurrock. (Ephesians 4:11-16)

Although we are united we also recognise that we are unique individuals with specific and specials gifts and ministries that God has given us to make us more effective as we walk with Him day by day. We seek to equip every believer for the works of service that God has called us to and use these significant gifts and ministries in the areas that we live, across this nation and in the world. (Romans 12:4-8)

Being a people that develop a culture which expects to see God’s supernatural power and from that being open to God working through us with miraculous works to demonstrate that He is ever present, that He is a living God with power and that He loves all people in this world. (Hebrews 2:3-4)

Equipping, supporting, releasing and sending people into the whole world, whether near or far, in line with the command to follow Him and with the anointing, calling and gifting God has given them. (Matthew 28:18-20)
